We understand that plans change. To maintain fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation terms apply:
1. Standard Bookings
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made within 3 hours, or no-shows, are billed at 100% of the fare.
2. Airport Transfers
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations within 12 hours are billed at 100%.
3. Hourly / Special Events
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are billed at 100%.
4. No-Show Policy
A trip is considered a no-show if:
- The chauffeur waits 30 minutes (airport) or 10 minutes (non-airport) with no contact from the client.
No refund is provided for no-shows.
